for Musicians & Families

prior to FIRST REHEARSAL!

When: Sunday, September 10, 2006 @ 4-5 pm

Where: Maple Avenue Middle School

Side Field

Rain Location: Maple Avenue Cafeteria

Why? To have FUN and have a chance to catch up after the summer J

What to Bring: BRING FOOD OR BEVERAGE

Also remember to bring for your musician and family:

Plates, cups, utensils, lawn chairs (if desired), outdoor games to share (if desired); any type of music to share

How does this work? Drive your car around the right side of Maple Avenue Middle School. Back your trunk or tailgate up to the field. Park next to another SSYO family and line up in the parking lot along the field. Set up your trunk or tailgate. Leave a family representative at your car and take the rest down the line and share food and fun!

PARENT MEETING TO FOLLOW THE PARTY – around 5:15 pm- 5:30 pm in the Cafeteria; musicians to meet with conductors and then begin regular rehearsal
